FAQ

Do I have to be a QME to participate?

No. Any clinicians or claims adjusters interested in the evaluation and treatment of injured workers may participate.

Are your seminars open to California psychologists only?

No, but you will need to check with your state licensing board to determine if you can obtain the offered CEU credit.

Is technical support available for remote participation?

There is no technical support for the Skype participant during the seminar. For $25, support and trouble shooting of your Skype is offered on the day prior to a scheduled seminar.

For Skype Participants:

•Please obtain the latest version of Skype at www.skype.com. If you have not already done so, create a free Skype account. Send your username and contact info to psydocs.net@gmail.com.

•Please use the help menu to learn how to MUTE your microphone during the conference. This courtesy will prevent your ambient noise from being broadcast into the conference.

•Participants can ask questions using the integrated CHAT function, or, if the connection is good, by restoring MIC function and speaking up.

•Your connection will be optimal if you use a computer with a wired connection and headset.

•If you are disconnected during the call, please wait 5 seconds, then call again; you will be added to the call.

Are other seminars available?

Yes. I am happy to put together a specific program, address a specific issue or develop a private seminar for your group. Please contact Dr. Armstrong if you are interested in having her speak or develop a continuing education program.

Are there restrictions on the number of downloads on each report?

Yes, when you purchase a PsyDocs report, you will have the ability to download the report three times within 30 days.  After 30 days, please contact PsyDocs directly.
